About the role
- Comptable Général au sein de Médisup Sciences, leader dans le domaine des classes préparatoires aux études de santé. Responsable de la comptabilité de A à Z d’un petit groupe de sociétés en croissance.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting for a small group of companies.
- Accounts payable (posting with Sage 1000 e-invoicing/Demat, preparation and monitoring of bank transfers…)
- Accounts receivable (collections by direct debit — ~80% of cash flows — plus management of other payment methods, tracking unpaid invoices)
- Financial controls: bank reconciliations, monitoring contracts — commercial leases, finance leases, long-term rentals (LLD)…
- Preparation of monthly reporting
- Preparation of year-end close files
- Corporate tax filings (liasses fiscales)
Requirements
- Experience in growing organizations with frequent changes in scope (ideally in an LBO environment).
- Proven experience implementing or developing financial controls.
- Autonomy and ability to make proactive recommendations.
- Energetic and initiative-taking, comfortable in fast-evolving environments that require structuring.
- Versatility and team spirit.
- Experience with Sage 1000 FRP would be a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills.
