About the role

  • Media Buyer negotiating with service providers such as Print and Digital. Developing negotiation strategies and optimizing procurement processes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct negotiations with media service providers (print, OOH, radio, digital, etc.)
  • Prepare strategic meetings and negotiations with suppliers and service providers
  • Develop negotiation strategies to ensure optimal terms
  • Procure services in line with cost, schedule, and quality requirements
  • Prepare proposals and create proposal comparisons
  • Select and evaluate suppliers based on quality standards
  • Monitor the market and analyze pricing, product, and service categories
  • Further develop and optimize procurement processes

Requirements

  • Completed relevant vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in procurement
  • Confident user of MS Office tools
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Good English language skills
  • Independent, self-motivated working style
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Service- and customer-oriented mindset
  • Team player with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
