Technical Product Manager for Supply Chain EDI & API Integrations at MealSuite. Owning integrations with distributors and procurement systems while collaborating with teams.
Responsibilities
Own roadmap and execution for all supply chain
Partner with engineering to design scalable ingestion, validation, and mapping pipelines.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure interoperability and data accuracy.
Define functional and technical requirements for integrations and system improvements.
Monitor integration performance, error handling workflows, and uptime SLAs.
Lead initiatives to expand vendor network, automation, and procurement intelligence.
Requirements
4–8 years technical product management experience
A strong educational background in Computer Science or Business Administration is valued, but we also recognize that talent comes from many paths. If you have a strong background in product management, we want to hear from you.
Expertise with supply chain systems, procurement workflows, API or EDI standards.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, product, and customer-facing team.
Knowledge of product lifecycle, design thinking, and roadmapping/prioritization tools (e.g., value vs. effort, this-or-that analysis).
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required).
