Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for new logo acquisition
Build and maintain strong pipeline coverage through outbound outreach and strategic territory planning
Conduct discovery to understand operational and financial challenges in healthcare foodservice and senior living
Deliver focused product demos tailored to key buyer personas
Create proposals and lead pricing discussions within company guardrails
Identify expansion opportunities during the sales process and through partner collaboration
Maintain clean CRM data, accurate forecasting, and consistent deal documentation
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and effective market feedback
Represent MealSuite at events, conferences, and partner activities as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
1–3 years of SaaS sales experience
Experience owning a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Bilingual fluency in Canadian French and English
Independent, action-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
