About the role
- Financial Analyst providing financial analysis for CMM’s Specialty products. Support budgeting and forecasting, partnering with commercial and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis to assist management in making decisions regarding strategic planning and profitability for CMM’s Specialty products
- Support ad hoc reporting, forecasting, budgeting, long range planning, variance analysis, and other finance-related projects
- Partner with commercial, account management and operations teams throughout the organization to provide financial reporting and ad hoc analysis
- Drive efficiencies in financial reporting through use of automated tools and full utilization of capabilities in new SAC financial planning system.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or equivalent Finance roles
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required; advanced degree is a plus
- ERP and Planning tool experience: (SAP, and SAC)
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of ethical practices
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on.
