Responsibilities
Communicative market and competitor research/analysis
Supporting Senior Consultants in idea development and the creation of cross-media communication concepts
Taking responsibility for various (sub)projects within strategic client consulting
Preparing persuasive concept presentations
Supporting project budget planning
Coordinating and integrating partners/service providers
Dramaturgical and methodological preparation, facilitation and follow-up of client workshops/meetings (digital and in-person)
Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in a strategically oriented communications agency/consultancy or comparable position
Broad professional knowledge in (content) marketing, brand and corporate communication (internal/external), B2B, B2G, corporate branding, transformation communication
Understanding of companies, organizations, market economy, society and market structures
Interest in societal digitalization and the digitalization of marketing, corporate communications and brand management
Knowledge and sensibility for providing well-founded advice and inspiration to discerning clients
Experience and ambition to turn strategic and creative ideas into convincing concepts and to successfully present them to colleagues and clients
Strong interest in new technologies (AI, metaverse, etc.)
Very good general knowledge and awareness of economic and political current affairs
Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and quick understanding of digital tools
Social media competence
Healthy self-confidence and appreciative manners
