About the role

  • Technical Support Architect managing customer issues related to VoLTE and IMS networks at Mavenir. Ensuring effective operations and troubleshooting of advanced telecom solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Specializes in supporting and resolving customer problems using company's products
  • Ability to explain 4G/3G/2G Core (Voice Core & Packet Core), VoLTE/VolTE to global telecom customer teams
  • LLD and HLD designing for VolTE and related IMS network
  • Ensuring smooth VolTE operations and effective customer management
  • Troubleshooting of E2E network issues & coordination with all stakeholders
  • Subject matter expert (SME) for Core Network functions
  • Must have Shell Scripting & Linux experience
  • Responsible for reviewing own and peer's work

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-15 years' experience in using relevant networking protocols
  • Bachelor / Master's degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience as an IMS SME for VolTE or related experience
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written
  • Other languages are of advantage
