- Build and ship backend systems that power agentic workflows

- Design and optimize retrieval and ranking systems

- Collaborate across product, infrastructure, and data teams
- Stay on the frontier of LLMs, retrieval architectures, and agentic reasoning
Requirements
- 5+ years building and operating backend systems in production
- 2+ years working hands-on with search, retrieval, or ranking systems
- Experience building or evaluating agentic / LLM-powered systems
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Familiarity with vector databases and search infrastructure
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Use of AI coding tools to accelerate work
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to lead projects and provide technical direction
- Nice to have: Experience designing multi-agent systems or complex orchestration workflows
