About the role

  • Project Administrator supporting overall deliverables of customer orders in fast-paced manufacturing environment. Collaborating with Project Coordinators and ensuring high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Support overall deliverables of customer orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Support Project Coordinators with order entry and ensure efficient processing of customer transactions
  • Maintain high levels of internal and external customer service
  • Troubleshoot issues professionally and interpret technical drawings
  • Collaborate with relevant personnel

Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience as a Project Administrator
  • Basic training/knowledge in MS operating systems/programs and documentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work alone or in a team environment
  • Ability to perform and coordinate multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
