Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years in a Senior or Lead role
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python
- High-performance SQL/NoSQL database design
- Experience with building reliable, asynchronous data pipelines using message brokers like Kafka, SQS, or RabbitMQ
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments
- AWS expertise is an advantage
- Ability to mentor junior engineers
- Passion for solving challenging technical problems
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
