About the role
- Member Experience Analyst focusing on data analysis to enhance user experience for Tinder. Collaborates with teams to improve insights and reporting in Trust & Safety organization.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated reports for the Trust & Safety organization to track performance, share insights broadly, and highlight progress
- Partner with Trust & Safety stakeholders and Tinder Analytics to ensure reporting and metrics are ready to support new product launches and operational changes
- Act as a point of contact for sharing customer insights across Tinder, helping amplify the voice of the member through data
- Analyze trends in support and Trust & Safety data to identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in current processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define, monitor, and improve operational metrics and reporting standards
- Take ownership of analyses from initial question through final insight, following through to ensure findings are clearly understood and actionable
- Manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s degree and are comfortable working with SQL to explore and analyze data
- You enjoy digging into data to answer business questions, not just building dashboards, and can explain your findings clearly
- You are able to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and stay composed when things do not go as planned
- You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversations with stakeholders
- You have hands-on experience building and maintaining reports or dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms
- You enjoy working collaboratively and are comfortable partnering closely with operations, product, and analytics teams
- One or more years of experience in a data analytics or related role
- Experience working with customer support or operations teams
- Familiarity with Zendesk Explore
- Exposure to the product or software development lifecycle
