About the role

  • Operations Governance & Control Senior Officer leading governance and controls activities for banking operations in Egypt. Ensuring compliance and quality control across various operations units.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure control on all activities in line with all policies, procedures and delivery standard.
  • Assist in leading governance and controls activities in Egypt Operations.
  • Perform daily QC Sample selection & testing activities across all operations units.
  • Error log and Customer complaints Monitoring and Tracking.
  • Process refresher, Compliance guidelines, General Sanctions & RCSA trainings.
  • Investigate quality issues and assure receive the justification and corrective actions required from concerned units’ managers.
  • Maintain tracker for quality checks and prepare the performance MIS’s represents unit’s quality check results.
  • Review Operations central reports review to ensure no loss / error.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree with 5-8 years’ experience in banking departments with experience of banking operations at least for 2 years
  • Well rounded experience in Controls and clear understanding of banking business requirement
  • Interpersonal skills with good communication skills with multi tasking capabilities.
  • Coordination and basic Management skills.
  • Good knowledge of banking products and regulations.
  • Understand technical solution and implication.
