Responsibilities

  • Lead and support regional and local sourcing strategies
  • Run end-to-end Source-to-Pay activities and drive process improvements
  • Manage competitive bidding, negotiate contracts, and deliver measurable savings
  • Build strong supplier partnerships and support diverse supplier development
  • Conduct market analysis and industry benchmarking
  • Influence stakeholders to align with sourcing strategy and best practices
  • Support global sourcing projects when needed

Requirements

  • Proven buying experience (indirect or direct categories) ideally multi-country.
  • Strong negotiation, sourcing strategy, and contract management skills.
  • Proven project and change management capabilities.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in complex environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Fluency in English and German OR/AND French is also a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 15–20%.
