About the role
- Business Intelligence Manager leading data and analytics for Zooplus, ensuring data-driven strategies and insights. Collaborating with various teams to enable business insights for decision making.
Responsibilities
- Direct leadership of the creation and deployment of a 3-year vision & strategy for Zooplus data & analytics
- Ensure best in class execution of this strategy by taking full ownership of Zooplus data & reporting
- Translating business needs into data requirements and BI solutions
- Defining and driving the vision for key performance indicators (KPIs) and business intelligence strategies
- Overseeing the integration of complex data ecosystems
- Leading the design, development, and governance of Zooplus tools
- Championing a self-service BI culture
- Establishing data quality standards and performance monitoring frameworks
- Mentoring and guiding BI and analytics teams
- Establishing and overseeing frameworks for tracking and reporting critical business health metrics
- Leading the identification of strategic risks and opportunities through advanced analytical deep dives
- Synthesising and communicating insights
- Driving cross-functional alignment and execution of data-informed strategies
- Fostering a culture of proactive insight generation
