Responsibilities
Lead and support the successful delivery of high-impact market research projects for venture clients’ research needs
Act as a primary point of contacts for clients and translate business challenges and research needs into executive-level research outputs
Develop high-quality and visually appealing forecast models, reports, and deliverables
Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies, frameworks, and methodologies that elevate the team’s market research capabilities
Guiding junior and new team members by reviewing research deliverables and providing feedback
Maintain project management practices by ensuring timely reporting of client projects in Salesforce, Asana, and other platforms
Occasionally take on secondments or special projects for strategic partners and teams
Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s degree
3-4 years of experience in market research, business/data analytics, consulting, strategy
3 years of experience in leading, designing, and executing research projects
3 years of client-facing experience and client management
Strong knowledge and interest in the Health sector
Proficiency in Excel (i.e. XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS, data visualization) and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to synthesize actionable insights
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Experience in executing quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies
Nice to have Master's degree or Market Research Certificate
Experience working in a startup, incubator/accelerator, VC firm, or non-profit is an asset
