Responsibilities
- Prüfen, kontieren und buchen von Eingangsrechnungen
- Übernahme der Kontenklärung in Abstimmung mit der Einkaufsabteilung
- Durchführung wöchentlicher Zahlungsläufe und Überwachung der Zahlungsziele
- Verbuchen von Zahlungseingängen und Klärung von Differenzen in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Überwachung offener Posten und Management des Mahnwesen mit Schwerpunkt auf ausländische Tochtergesellschaften
- Unterstützung bei der Erfassung von Anlagegütern
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzbuchhaltung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie gutes Verständnis für Prozesse und Schnittstellen
- Verantwortungsbewusst, belastbar und terminsicher in Abschlussphasen, bei Zahlläufen und Prüfungen
- Selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse zum Kommunizieren mit internationalen Ansprechpartnern
- Zusätzliche gute Grundkenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Polnisch von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Navision bzw. Business Central oder vergleichbare Systeme)
