Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Strong negotiation and communication skills
A competitive, self-driven personality capable of working independently
A team player mindset – you’ll join a supportive team with a structured onboarding process from day one
Fluent Lithuanian
English skills are mandatory for international teammates
Experience in SaaS, fleet management, or telematics is highly valued
Previous sales team leadership experience is highly valued
