About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10–15+ years of progressive engineering leadership
- Proven success leading SAFe Agile Release Trains
- Mastery of CI/CD, automated testing, secure coding, and observability
- Hands-on familiarity with JMeter, Load Runner, Bruno, New Relic, Azure Data Explorer
- Hands-on familiarity with Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, JIRA Xray
- Experience influencing partnership within Product, Operations, Distribution, Architecture, and Security
- Track record of AI-enabled engineering
