About the role

  • Project Developer developing and executing energy efficiency projects across various sectors. Supporting mechanical systems optimization and working collaboratively with technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the evaluation, development, and execution of energy efficiency projects across industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, distribution, and complex commercial facilities.
  • Focus on existing mechanical systems' performance, cost, constructability, and operational reliability.
  • Combine technical field work, engineering analysis, and solution development.
  • Interface with customers and balance both field-based assessments and detailed engineering calculations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Technical Solutions, Mechanical, BMS, and Sales teams to support project development from initial assessment through client delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, facilities engineering, or industrial systems analysis
  • Working knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems in complex facilities
  • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to perform independent engineering analysis
  • Ability to travel locally with occasional national travel (up to ~20%)
