About the role

• Referent Standards & Risk Management verantwortlich für Vertragsmanagement und CSR-Prozesse im Einkauf weltweit bei MANN+HUMMEL. Erforderlich sind mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Einkauf sowie ein abgeschlossenes Studium.

Responsibilities

• Central contact and process owner for contract management in procurement worldwide
• Provision, updating and maintenance of standard contracts and purchasing conditions in cooperation with the Legal department
• Support and further development of our software for digital contract management
• Support in implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) processes and requirements in procurement with regard to legal issues
• Maintenance and further development of ongoing risk management in procurement
• Design and further development of our Purchasing Academy, including coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Participation in strategic projects and continuous improvement of internal procurement processes and tools

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Law or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in procurement, finance, a legal department/law firm or risk management
• Good knowledge of contract law or commercial law
• Experience in project management
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and process orientation
• High degree of initiative as well as resilience and reliability
• Strong team skills and intercultural competence
