About the role
- Investment Outcome Analyst supporting M&G Life's strategic priorities through commercial performance tracking and analysis. Collaborating across teams to ensure alignment and clarity in commercial decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze the commercial performance of the transformation portfolio
- Assist in developing and reviewing business cases for new initiatives and product launches
- Support the production of commercial performance reporting across products
- Monitor key commercial metrics including flows, AUM, cost-to-serve, persistency and customer lifetime value
- Contribute to investment prioritisation and benchmarking by analysing value, trade-offs and commercial impact
- Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Product teams
- Prepare insights and materials for portfolio alignment meetings
Requirements
