Responsibilities
- Leading all management accounting activity for the CAVU Experiences division
- Ensuring that accurate and technically robust management accounts are produced in a timely manner
- Building and maintaining key relationships with Divisional Finance Directors, Senior Finance Manager, Head of Group F&A and external auditors
- Helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement within finance
- Supporting a robust financial control framework
- Leadership of the team and implementing a culture of best practice
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with suitable post-qualification experience
- Strong capability in the preparation and review of management accounts
- Significant experience within a general ledger function at a similar level
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferable
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Proven experience of leading team members
- Managing change and contributing to continuous improvement across finance operations
