Responsibilities
Leading all management accounting activity for the CAVU Experiences division
Ensuring that accurate and technically robust management accounts are produced in a timely manner
Building and maintaining key relationships with Divisional Finance Directors, Senior Finance Manager, Head of Group F&A and external auditors
Helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement within finance
Supporting a robust financial control framework
Leadership of the team and implementing a culture of best practice
Requirements
Qualified accountant with suitable post-qualification experience
Strong capability in the preparation and review of management accounts
Significant experience within a general ledger function at a similar level
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferable
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Proven experience of leading team members
Managing change and contributing to continuous improvement across finance operations
