Responsibilities
You support our customers with all technical and application-related questions, requests and requirements.
Independent troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and resolution of customer inquiries across varied application areas of Siemens PLM applications (Teamcenter/Active Workspace, etc.) are part of your daily work.
You work hand in hand with other departments and partners to successfully process and close tickets.
You take responsibility for important communication with the manufacturer Siemens and ensure a smooth flow of information.
Requirements
You have already gained experience in PLM/PDM with Siemens Teamcenter or CAD integration into a PDM system.
You not only impress with your technical expertise but also with your communication skills.
Initiative and reliability come naturally to you.
You keep an overview even in complex situations and consistently find a good solution.
You enjoy tackling challenging tasks and are willing to continually develop your skills.
You communicate confidently in German and English; additional knowledge of French is an advantage but not required.
