Responsibilities
- You will work with various systems such as Windows (consumer editions), Windows Server and Linux. You will learn the fundamentals and finer points of networking, manage monitoring solutions and implement backup concepts.
- You will get to know our PLM software (Product Lifecycle Management) in depth and take an active role in customer support. You will assist customers with technical questions, help resolve issues and work proactively to prevent incidents.

Requirements
- You have already completed, or are about to complete, your Fachhochschulreife (advanced technical college entrance qualification) or Abitur (high school diploma/A-levels).
- You have a strong interest in IT systems, enjoy working your way into technical topics and want to understand them thoroughly in order to competently support customers.
- Your communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people make you a valuable addition to any team.
