- Continuous Improvement Engineer at MAHLE optimizing production processes and implementing efficiency initiatives. Collaborating with teams to enhance operational excellence in thermal and fluid systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, optimization opportunities and solutions focused on efficiency, quality and cost;
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and advanced quality tools;
- Conduct flow analyses, cycle time and production capacity assessments, proposing improvements to maximize operational performance;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and define corrective and preventive actions;
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions and Kaizen events, engaging employees in a culture of continuous improvement;
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track the results of implemented initiatives;
- Manage improvement projects from conception through implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets;
- Work on process standardization and the development of operating manuals in accordance with the MPS (MAHLE Production System);
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, encouraging participation, feedback and continuous improvement at all levels of the company.
Requirements
- Degree in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
- Active CREA registration (Brazilian Engineering Council);
- Previous experience in continuous improvement, production process optimization and implementation of standardized production systems in an industrial environment;
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus;
- Knowledge of tools such as PDCA, FMEA, 5S and other process analysis methodologies;
- Advanced English;
- Availability to work on-site in Mogi Guaçu, SP.
