About the role

• Senior Project Manager overseeing energy and sustainable project solutions at MacDonald-Miller. Leading project management functions with a focus on performance contracting in existing facilities.

Responsibilities

• A leader who coaches and trains team members to expand their knowledge and develop their skills in project management’s core functions.
• Manage, monitor, predict, and communicate all facets of financial stewardship to stakeholders.
• Proactively assess and identify risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cultivate connections and build trusted partnerships with our internal and external customers.
• Ensures the execution of a project’s scope of work.
• Builds project schedules, overseeing the resolution of risk elements and execution of key milestones.
• Ensures all resources are identified and tasked to facilitate successful project execution.
• Skillfully facilitates proactive and effective communication amongst all stakeholders.

Requirements

• +Seven years of experience as a Project Manager specializing in either ESCO, Performance Contracting, General Contracting or Owner Direct Construction.
• Strong knowledge of buildings to include: building envelope, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and building control systems.
• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering or possess equivalent education and/or experience that provides a reasonable understanding of project management.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects of diverse sizes and complexities, consistently establishing goals and meeting deadlines.
• Expertise in interpreting architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans, with familiarity in a diverse range of industry terminology.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite of programs: Excel, Word, & MS Project, Procore.
