Responsibilities

  • Advisory work in Public and Regulatory Law.
  • Drafting memoranda and legal opinions.
  • Legal review and analysis of documents, tender notices and administrative contracts.
  • Support for concessions and infrastructure projects.
  • Participation in legal structuring and project modeling.
  • Assistance with regulatory audits of contracts.

Requirements

  • Law degree completed between December 2024 and December 2025.
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Advanced English.
  • Previous experience in consultative public and regulatory law.
