About the role
- Mental Health Therapist providing evidence-based therapy for diverse clients through Lyra Health's network with access to supportive resources and training.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing care for clients with mental health needs through evidence-based therapy
- Connect with other Lyra members for collaborative care initiatives
- Utilize Lyra’s matching technology to find well-matched clients
- Access training and clinical consultation opportunities through the provider platform
- Manage the administrative tasks related to invoicing and client billing through Lyra’s systems
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
- **Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action**
- Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice)
- **Ability to provide care** to children, adults, couples, and/or families with a **strong preference for in-person** care delivery
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed
- Full-time resident of the United States
