About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of data-driven knowledge gathering (connect, mine, simulate, predict, visualize, and deploy)
- Develop data-driven solutions to address complex business challenges
- Translate business requirements into hypotheses and lead advanced analytical projects; perform ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions
- Design, train, deploy, and monitor predictive algorithms
- Proactively communicate findings and explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with structured and unstructured data (you are a natural problem solver)
- Proficiency in Python and SQL (able to write advanced queries with ease)
- Self-driven and proactive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (able to explain complex ideas in simple terms)
- Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Knowledge of financial markets and financial products (options, futures, etc.)
