About the role

Responsibilities
- Kubernetes and Infrastructure (GCP) Management: Design, implement, and manage GKE clusters, ensuring resilience and performance.
- MongoDB Administration (Support DBA): Act as the front line for operating MongoDB clusters, handling high availability (Replica Sets/Sharding), backups, and disaster recovery.
- Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain our infrastructure using Terraform as the primary provisioning tool.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose performance bottlenecks and optimize queries/indexes in MongoDB and workloads on Kubernetes.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Kubernetes (K8s): Deep knowledge of the container ecosystem and orchestration.
- MongoDB Administration: Hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and monitoring MongoDB performance (tuning).
- Proficiency with Terraform: Proven experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for environment automation.
- Cloud Experience (GCP): Practical experience with infrastructure services on Google Cloud Platform.
