Responsibilities
- Develop data products (dashboards, relational cubes, automated reports, calculators, and simulators) focused on decision-making, monitoring business unit results, and forecasting and prescribing strategic actions
- Propose new breakdowns/segmentations for monitoring based on strategy, and implement them in tracking and analyses
- Autonomy to organize the development roadmap for data products
- Automate processes using BI/Analytics tools
- Prepare, report, and organize the completion of executive materials for the board together with directors and vice presidents
- Serve as the focal point with Technology and Analytics teams to structure new datasets for the business
- Support with data the preparation of Business Plans aimed at the next budgeting cycle
- Propose best practices in Analytics Engineering
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel
- Proven experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, and Metabase
- Experience managing SaaS metrics for Financial Services, Payment Technologies, and Banking
- Knowledge of Financial Services products: payment methods (merchant acquiring), POS, banking, credit, and recurring billing/subscriptions
- Understanding of financial management for Financial Services companies to align with FP&A
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
