Responsibilities
Create visual assets aligned with LWSA’s culture, contributing to internal campaigns, institutional materials, and employer branding;
Design pieces for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with brand strategy;
Produce materials (digital and offline) for events, maintaining visual consistency with LWSA’s identity and its brands;
Assist with basic audiovisual editing, such as cuts, soundtracks, and adding subtitles;
Adapt existing layouts according to LWSA visual identity guidelines, respecting standardization and usability;
Assist in capturing and organizing event photos and videos;
Participate in alignment and review meetings with the design and communications team.
Requirements
Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Advertising, or related fields (completed or in progress);
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator);
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment;
Knowledge of composition, typography, and visual identity;
Basic web design knowledge (wireframing);
Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and Slack;
Portfolio with graphic projects;
Video editing skills (Premiere, After Effects) are a plus;
Experience with image capture (photo or video) is a plus;
Skills in animation, motion design, or illustration are a plus.
