About the role

• Tech Lead in Generative AI leading a team at LUZA Group. Responsible for architecture and implementation of advanced GenAI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define GenAI solution architecture: data pipelines, LLMs, embeddings, RAG, agents, orchestration, and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership to AI scientists and engineers, enforcing engineering best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery: data ingestion, model development, pipelines, testing, automation, CI/CD, and deployment.
• Establish standards and guidelines for LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks, MLOps/LLMOps, and DataOps.
• Conduct technical reviews (architecture, code, pull requests, design documents).
• Support technology decisions across AI platforms and tools.
• Ensure security, compliance, access policies, audit logging, and protection of sensitive data.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading AI/ML or GenAI teams.
• Experience designing and delivering GenAI/LLM solutions.
• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, agent frameworks, vector databases, MLOps/LLMOps, DataOps, and platforms/tools such as OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Databricks, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
