About the role

  • Legal Assistant in iGaming industry responsible for validating employee and vendor contracts. Supporting legal counsel and managing legal documentation in Zagreb office.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate employee and vendor contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Manage printing and storage of physical documentation in our Zagreb office, obtaining signatures as needed.
  • Coordinate with senior in-house legal counsel on complex contractual matters.
  • Monitor contract renewals, expirations, and necessary amendments to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Ensure contracts adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain an organized contract database for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related processes and best practices.
  • Assist in audits and compliance reviews related to employment and vendor agreements.

Requirements

  • Academic or professional background in HR or Legal.
  • Croatian native speaker and fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, vendor agreements, and legal terminology.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with legal teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving legal environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software is a plus.
  • Previous experience coordinating onboarding contracts and managing legal documentation and physical records.
