Responsibilities
Review and validate employee and vendor contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
Manage printing and storage of physical documentation in our Zagreb office, obtaining signatures as needed.
Coordinate with senior in-house legal counsel on complex contractual matters.
Monitor contract renewals, expirations, and necessary amendments to maintain up-to-date records.
Ensure contracts adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Maintain an organized contract database for easy retrieval and reference.
Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related processes and best practices.
Assist in audits and compliance reviews related to employment and vendor agreements.
Requirements
Academic or professional background in HR or Legal.
Croatian native speaker and fluent in both written and spoken English.
Familiarity with employment laws, vendor agreements, and legal terminology.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with legal teams and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving legal environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software is a plus.
Previous experience coordinating onboarding contracts and managing legal documentation and physical records.
