  • Assistant Manager overseeing financial accounting and control, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting for LSEG subsidiaries. Collaborating with various teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for timely and accurate delivery in financial reporting and control services
  • Standardizing processes and documenting within the team
  • Onboarding additional scope and aligning processes
  • Developing training documents for onboarding new joiners
  • Ensuring adherence to Group policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Professional accounting degree with proven experience of 5 years in General Accounting
  • Experience in finance shared services is an advantage
  • Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Oracle Fusion, and Blackline accounting systems
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts
  • Proven success in engaging senior stakeholders and delivering tight deadlines
  • Strong Excel skills
