- Familiarity with modern development tools and CI/CD systems (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ability to collaborate across teams and provide constructive feedback via code reviews
- Experience in regulated environments or consulting roles
- Background in writing standards, policy documentation, or policy as code
