About the role
- IT Infrastructure Analyst responsible for configuring Wi-Fi services and monitoring network operations. Engaging in incident management while supporting infrastructure projects in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Configuração, adoção e gestão de Wi-Fi em equipamentos TPLink OMADA e Ubiquiti.
- Monitorar serviços, servidores e rede (ex.: Zabbix/Grafana) e reagir a alertas.
- Atender incidentes e requisições via Service Desk (ITSM Helix), cumprindo SLA.
- Administrar noções de Windows Server e Linux (usuários, permissões, serviços, logs).
- Active Directory (contas, grupos, GPOs básicas).
- Rede básica: Cabeamento Estruturado, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi; checagens de conectividade e troubleshooting.
- Backup & Restore (Windows FileServer e TrueNas) e verificação de rotinas.
- Virtualização (VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox): criação/ajuste de VMs, snapshots e templates.
- Patching (WSUS/apt/yum) e inventário de ativos/CMDB.
- Documentar procedimentos (runbooks) e contribuir com automatizações simples (scripts).
- Apoiar projetos de implantação/migração (rede, servidores, nuvem) e testes de contingência.
Requirements
- Curso técnico ou graduação em andamento em TI (Redes, SI, Ciência/Eng. da Computação etc.).
- 0–2 anos de experiência em suporte/infra.
- Noções sólidas de Sistemas Operacionais (Windows/Linux), Redes e Wi-Fi.
- Inglês técnico para leitura de manuais e troubleshooting.
- Boa comunicação, organização e foco em atendimento ao usuário/negócio.
- Diferenciais: Experiência com Zabbix e Grafana.
- Conhecimentos em pfSense/Firewall, WSUS, Veeam, VMware/Hyper-V.
- Noções de cloud (AZ-900, AWS Cloud Practitioner) e ITIL v4 Foundation.
- Scripts (PowerShell/Bash).
