Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.
Co-operate in the execution of the college, division, and program policies, procedures and guidelines.
Implement teaching strategies that engage learners in active learning.
Utilize cutting edge technology in teaching in the classroom, laboratory, simulation center, and clinical setting.
Develop a personal and professional improvement plan in areas identified as a result of evaluations.
Work a minimum of 35 hours each week (including campus and clinical assignments) during each contracted semester.
Participate in program assessment and evaluation, including College annual planning activities and state and/or national accreditation activities.
Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and education commiserate with licensure type.
Minimum of three (3) years full-time or equivalent post licensure clinical experience in physical therapy within the last five (5) years.
Maintain and provide current documentation of all professional requirements.
