About the role

• Senior DevOps Analyst supporting infrastructure environments for public sector contracts. Focusing on cloud and on-premises solutions with CI/CD pipeline support and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the operation and maintenance of infrastructure environments (cloud, on-premises, or hybrid), in accordance with defined standards.
• Perform advanced monitoring of services, applications, and resources, identifying issues and assisting in incident resolution.
• Perform advanced configuration tasks to execute load/stress tests of applications using specialized tools such as Dynatrace and Locust.
• Support maintenance and execution of CI/CD pipelines, following established build, deployment, and versioning processes.
• Assist in automating operational tasks using existing scripts, pipelines, and IaC tools.
• Manage segregated environments (development, staging/QA, and production).
• Provide specialized support for backup, restoration, and availability verification routines, according to defined procedures.
• Support development teams in resolving environment issues, permissions, and deployment execution.
• Log activities, evidence, and basic technical information for traceability and audit purposes.
• Create and track technical tickets with vendors and infrastructure-owning teams when necessary.

Requirements

• Practical experience configuring cloud environments (OpenShift, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) at an operational level, and Azure).
• Basic to intermediate experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), such as Terraform or equivalent, for maintaining and executing existing code.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps).
• Advanced knowledge of Docker containers and working knowledge of Kubernetes, focused on operating and supporting existing clusters and creating or maintaining servers running web applications.
• Experience in advanced monitoring and observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Opensearch).
• Advanced knowledge of Linux environments and operational infrastructure routines.
• Tasks related to managing advanced access control, environment variables, and secret management, according to defined standards.
• Support the implementation of established security practices (operational DevSecOps).
• Compliance with procedures related to LGPD (Brazilian data protection law), environment segregation, and audits.
• Work according to formal change, staging, and production processes, without responsibility for policy definition.
• Technical, operational profile — organized and execution-oriented.
• Good communication skills for interaction with technical teams.
• Ability to follow standards, procedures, and technical guidelines.
• Commitment to the stability, quality, and predictability of environments.
• Additional knowledge in script automation (Shell, Python, or similar).
• Previous experience with enterprise monitoring tools or ITSM.
• Experience in regulated or auditable environments is a plus.
