About the role

  • Join Log-In as an Intermodal Analyst, managing logistics risks and contracts. Collaborate on KPIs and financial planning with a focus on safety and results.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor contract management with the risk management provider;
  • Assess feasibility of implementing Log-In's or the client's Risk Management Plan;
  • Monitor risk and logistics KPIs;
  • Implement new risk rules across Log-In operations;
  • Assist in cost management and budget preparation for the area;
  • Contribute to preparing materials for results meetings, focusing on road logistics and risk issues;
  • Support management of logistics KPIs for strategic clients;
  • Contribute to the strategic management of Log-In's data tower.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Postgraduate studies or MBA in progress;
  • Experience in contract management;
  • Experience creating KPIs and producing dashboards;
  • Technical knowledge of road transportation;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Collaborative and agile mindset;
  • Knowledge of SQL and Power BI;
  • Critical thinking, logical reasoning, proactivity, results-oriented and strong planning skills;
  • Management of fixed and variable costs;
  • Technical knowledge in road risk management;
  • Knowledge of logistics control tower.
