About the role
- Accountant focusing on debtor accounting work at L’OCCITANE en Provence in Düsseldorf. Involves collaboration with international teams and handling various accounting tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- In der Debitorenbuchhaltung behältst Du Einzüge, Mahnwesen und offene Posten im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass alles korrekt und transparent erledigt ist.
- Kassenumsätze mit verschiedenen Zahlungsmitteln (Bar, Kreditkarte, Gutscheine) prüfst Du sorgfältig und gleichst sie zuverlässig aus.
- Reisekosten wickelst Du eigenverantwortlich und ganzheitlich ab und stehst Mitarbeitenden bei allen Fragen rund um ihre Abrechnungen beratend zur Seite.
- Für den Jahresabschluss arbeitest Du eng mit den Teams in der Schweiz und Italien zusammen, um alle Zahlen sauber und termingerecht zusammenzuführen.
- Die Vertretung im Kreditorenbereich sowie bei der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung übernimmst Du bei Bedarf, um das Team flexibel zu entlasten.
Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt innerhalb des Finanz-/Rechnungswesens oder vergleichbar.
- Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Debitoren- und/oder der Finanzbuchhaltung, um sofort durchzustarten zu können.
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware, von Vorteil ist Erfahrung in SAP HANA.
- Freude an der Kommunikation zu deinen "Kunden" und Schnittstellen, intern wie extern (auch auf Englisch) bringt Dich schnell an Dein Ziel.
- Eine strukturierte, genaue und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise versteht sich in Finance von selbst.
