About the role

  • Analyst in remuneration and benefits at Localiza&Co, ensuring adherence to internal policies and enhancing employee experience with strategic BI support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with internal policies, market competitiveness, and an outstanding employee experience;
  • Identify opportunities and implement automation in area processes to promote efficiency, speed, and reduced rework;
  • Develop dashboards and BI solutions to monitor, analyze, and manage compensation and benefits data, supporting leadership's strategic decision-making;
  • Lead and facilitate the implementation of strategic projects for the area, including timeline tracking, liaison with consultants and vendors, technical analysis of deliverables, and implementation of approved proposals;
  • Conduct market benchmarking analyses, evaluating trends and best practices, and proposing improvements aligned with budget and People strategy;
  • Review and adjust organizational structures by analyzing span of control, scope of activities, market practices, and financial/budgetary impact;
  • Support the design and evolution of the Total Rewards package, integrating compensation, benefits, and wellbeing practices;
  • Work in an integrated and consultative manner with Payroll, People Administration (DP), Corporate Health, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and client areas, ensuring process flow and governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Solid experience managing benefits, evaluating packages, contracts, and vendor relationships;
  • Experience with Total Rewards structures;
  • Experience in large companies, with high headcount or distributed operations;
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong data manipulation ability for analyses, projections, and KPIs;
  • Systemic view to understand financial, labor, and operational impacts of benefits policies;
  • Ability to work analytically, in a structured way, and solution-oriented;
  • Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders and consultative ability to advise leaders and internal partners;
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio);
  • Experience with HR systems/HRIS and integrated benefits management.
