About the role

  • Product Analyst optimizing customer journey processes and improving NPS at Localiza&Co focusing on sustainable mobility solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Map, redesign and standardize processes related to the customer journey (pre-sales, sales, delivery and post-interactions), from initial contact through payment and vehicle delivery, with the goal of improving NPS.
  • Diagnose bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement based on data (SLAs, conversion rates by stage, reasons for loss, preparation/delivery lead times, costs).
  • Prioritize and run improvement tests (pilots) and maintain monitoring routines, documenting hypotheses, action plans, results and scaling plans.
  • Interface with partner areas (Sales/Sales Center, Operations, Workshop/Mechanics, Quality, IT) to enable improvements and operational adjustments.
  • Document processes and policies (procedures, manuals, checklists) and drive adoption across teams.
  • Ensure cost optimization in the sales and after-sales stages, ensuring that gains are passed on to customers according to business guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or related fields).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience in data analysis applied to processes, with the ability to create metrics and translate results into practical actions.
  • Experience in process mapping, standardization and improvement, from initial contact to delivery (pre-sales, sales and post-interactions).
  • Previous experience desirable in Product, Process, Commercial Operations, Quality/Customer Experience, Continuous Improvement or PMO.
  • Nice to have: experience in businesses with short cycles and high turnover (such as automotive, rental, retail, services or marketplaces) and involvement in initiatives defining journeys, cadences and transitions between teams (N1, negotiation, agency), as well as building performance dashboards.
