About the role
- Analyst supporting the construction and maintenance of dashboards and operational reports at Localiza&Co. Collaborating with various teams to consolidate and validate data sources.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of operational dashboards and reports in Power BI using multiple data sources;
- Organize, consolidate, and validate datasets to support operational routines;
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (efficiency, productivity, quality, SLA), helping to identify deviations and opportunities for improvement;
- Respond to data requests from various departments, translating operational needs into clear, actionable analyses for day-to-day use;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Proficiency in Power BI;
- Strong Excel skills;
- Experience analyzing and monitoring KPIs;
- Organizational and prioritization skills, and effective communication;
- Knowledge of DAX or data modeling (a plus);
- Experience with SQL, GCP, and databases (a plus);
- Experience in process improvement or transformation projects (a plus).
