About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze fleet maintenance costs, ensuring financial visibility and control.
- Monitor the Pit Stop operational routine, supporting the tracking of processes and operational workflows.
- Act as a direct interface with the Operations & Partnerships team and the Pit Stop team, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
- Control and analyze expenses for vehicles under maintenance, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement.
- Assess discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs, supporting critical analyses and decision-making.
- Track operational and financial indicators related to the Pit Stop.
- Prepare management reports with an analytical and executive focus.
- Prepare and present KPIs and results to the involved teams and leadership.
Requirements
- Degree preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience in cost management.
- Experience monitoring and analyzing performance indicators.
- Ability to structure and present information in an executive manner to support strategic decisions.
- Excel and Power BI – intermediate level.
- Experience in the automotive sector, preferably related to maintenance; SQL knowledge is a plus.
