Responsibilities
- Shape the story of transformation within BMX, turning complex journeys into compelling, visual narratives that engage and inspire
- Champion creativity inside and outside the Group, showcasing brilliant work and collaboration across teams
- Design and animate high-quality assets for channels including SharePoint, internal social platforms, email and social media
- Own projects end-to-end, from concept to delivery, ensuring every detail aligns with our brand identity
- Influence and inspire, presenting ideas confidently to senior stakeholders and challenging constructively to achieve the best outcomes
- Collaborate with copywriters, blending words and visuals into seamless storytelling
Requirements
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
- SharePoint expertise: Confident in page build and design
- Ability to conceive innovative concepts that differentiate BMX and strengthen our reputation
- Gravitas and clarity when presenting ideas, backed by strong rationale
