- Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and contribute to compliance activities
- Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) is beneficial
