About the role
- Product Owner leading end-to-end digital finance product development at Dotz. Engaging with multiple stakeholders to drive business goals and product evolution.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap and prioritization aligned with strategic goals.
- Translate business objectives into clear requirements, user stories and deliverables.
- Conduct data-driven critical analyses to support decision-making.
- Manage backlog, ceremonies, scope and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (tech, data, risk, operations, compliance and partners).
- Establish and track performance metrics, funnels and financial indicators.
- Communicate status, risks and decisions objectively to leadership.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Owner for digital financial products; experience with BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with practical experience using data and SQL.
- Proven track record in prioritization, planning and execution of complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Business acumen, logical reasoning and a high capacity for execution.
- Advanced English for verbal and written communication.
