Requirements
- Completed nursing qualification (e.g., certified geriatric nurse, registered nurse)
- At least one year of professional experience in outpatient care and initial leadership experience
- Knowledge of prescription/authorization management (Verordnungsmanagement)
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
- Empathy, a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for motivating and developing a team
