About the role
- Leads nursing team for intensive outpatient care in Augsburg. Ensuring high-quality patient care in a supportive environment with attractive working conditions.
Responsibilities
- Communication with patients, relatives, and colleagues
- Active participation in shaping and ensuring the quality of care
- Responsible management of the WG (shared apartment) duty roster
- Basic, treatment and observation care (e.g., oxygen administration, medication administration, inhalations, suctioning, PEG care, monitor supervision, etc.)
- Care planning and nursing documentation

Requirements
- A completed three-year qualification as a Registered Nurse (m/f/d), Nursing Specialist (m/f/d), Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d) or Nurse (m/f/d)
- Basic course in outpatient ventilation (home mechanical ventilation) or specialist further training in intensive care/anesthesia
- At least two years of professional experience in a care facility
- Enjoy mentoring and advising
- Experience in intensive care nursing
